Healthy Nutrition
Enjoy a delicious vegetarian and vegan menu, 100% organic, that uses seasonal and local ingredients. Each meal is carefully prepared by our chefs to nourish your body and delight your palate. Upon request, we can offer local fish and goat cheeses from a nearby farm with organic cheeses made with free-range animals.
Professional Health Analysis
Upon your arrival, a health professional will perform a weight control analysis, allowing you to set personalized and effective goals during your stay.
Sport in the Nature
Every day, you will participate in exercise sessions guided by a health professional, in natural environments that will inspire you to move and connect with your body. Whether it is a hike in the mountains or an outdoor yoga session, each activity is designed to complement your progress towards better health.

The program
Check in can start at 15:00 and depending on previous guests, we will do our best to make an early check in!!
- Welcome to the Ecohotel El Agua, with your own private hot water pool.
- Around 18:00: 1-hour relaxing massage (can be deep tissue if you prefer)
- Upon arrival, the program includes an epigenetic test.(+ info)
- Around 20:00: Regenerative dinner with local, organic and seasonal ingredients with our Ecochef Kalo. All our menus are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. Only on request, we offer local fish and local cheese. Once your reservation is confirmed, Kalo will contact you to personalize your menu and find out your preferences and intolerances (if you have any)
- Around 8:30: Regenerative breakfast with local, organic and seasonal ingredients with our Ecochef Kalo
- Around 10:30 am: Personalized study of your physical condition and control of your weight. 1 hour and a half of sports session adapted to your needs, accompanied by our sports professionals developing outdoor fitness activities, walks, and any physical activity that allows you to strengthen your muscles and regulate your weight.
- Between 12:00 and 16:00: free time. Enjoy the gardens, the silence, reading a book and connecting with nature. Time to relax. If you wish to book a lunch, please contact us at our email: reservation@ecohotelelagua.com

This offer is valid for stays of more than 3 days. The additional day will be organised in the same way as the second day. The program of the additional day will be the same as that of the second day.
EcoHotel El Agua can recommend a local car rental agency.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Prepayment is required. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation if you cancel or change more than 60 days before the arrival date. If cancelled or changed between 59 days and arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full price of the booking will be charged.
